Applause Digital,  (collectively, “Applause Digital,” “Applause Digital Pty Ltd,” “we,” “us,” “our and similar expressions) is a technology company providing integrated eCommerce solutions.

By accessing our website located at a domain or subdomain owned by us, including the website www.applausedigital.com.au (“Website”), using our products or services including the Applause Digital Mobile Application (“Application”), or otherwise providing us with your Personal Data (as that term is defined in section 3), you signify and confirm that you have read and accept the terms of this Privacy Statement and expressly consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your Personal Data in accordance with the terms of this privacy statement (“Privacy Statement”).
