Event Management Mobile Application plus featured Augmented Reality Experience
Monash University recently briefed Applause Digital to help deliver a series of digital applications for their Annual Alumni Leaders event. The requirements included an event and guest management mobile application to assist with guest registrations, speakers, event speaker timetables, featured video content and digital event publications, live feedback, Q&A and discussion boards.
The second component was to create an augmented reality experience to highlight the Alumni located around the world as a hero centerpiece of the night at the leader dinner.
The AR experience was created to replace the usual centerpiece on the tables so that guests could view and interact with the experience. We also added a much larger version in the foyer as guests entered to create additional excitement for the gala night.
