Zurich YouTube Channel Augmented Reality Experience Launch 2012
OUR BRIEF – Help launch the Zurich Australia YouTube Channel and introduce a new technology to delegates.
THE STRATEGY – Create a new experience for delegates by introducing augmented reality (AR). Let them discover new technology and ways it can be used via launching an animated sequence followed by a short video presentation hidden within the augmented reality activation.
THE OUTCOME – We produced an augmented reality experience which allowed delegates to interact with augmented reality while learning about the new Zurich YouTube Channel. By introducing iPads on set we allowed visitors to find and activate the hidden markers located on the stand visuals. On activation the set would come alive with 3D graphics followed by a video which appeared inset into the stand walls. The interaction with visitors provided plenty of activity to the stand as other delegates waited to share the augmented reality experience.
Note: Augmented Reality has come along way since this launch in 2012 for Zurich.
